Daily 2 cup of tea is enough but don't use too much sugar while making tea. Just because of sugar we feel fresh or energetic while consuming tea. Some peoples having bad habit of consuming tea frequently. This is unhealthy and not good for fitness. 

If you cant stay without tea then consume tea with less sugar. if you are adding 2 spoon then less your sugar intake in tea. Use 1 spoon sugar then after sometime use half spoon of sugar . And after some days take only 1 cup of tea. Health Fitness

Drinking water while eating causes acidity in your stomach. water dilutes gastric juice released in the stomach and slow down your process of digestion. Undigested food causes acid reflux and heartburn.

Consuming water during food or meal dilute the digestive juices in stomach, which bad for stomach and it prevent food from breakdown. Undigested food stay in stomach for long time with few nutrition being absorbed. Health Fitness

If you sleep immediately after meal your body gain weight when you take more calories. Going to couch directly after your meal means your body doesn't get chance to burn such amount of calories. Eating too much amount of food and then going for sleep immediately can be harmful for body.

Alcohol can lead to liver disease and other severe, chronic diseases. Alcohol increase your risk of developing cancer.
